An applicant tracking system reads your file before any recruiter does. These three are what let it read the whole thing, and the template already handles them so you don't have to.
A single column
A two-column CV confuses the parser: it reads a line from one side and a line from the other, and the sentence comes out meaningless.
Headings it knows
The system looks for “Work Experience”. Title it “My Professional Journey” and it finds nothing, and drops the whole section.

Should I download the PDF or the Word file?
For Arabic CVs we recommend the Word file. A PDF stores text in visual order, so some applicant tracking systems read each line's words reversed, while Word keeps exactly what you typed — the Word file comes with the Professional version. Send the PDF when it is asked for by name. For English CVs either format is fine.
How long does it take to build a CV?
Five to ten minutes on average. The editor moves you through the sections in order and the live preview shows the finished result as you go, so there is no manual formatting and nothing to install.
Is anything free?
Writing and previewing are open to everyone, with one free English translation per CV: you write your CV and watch it take shape — in Arabic and English — before you pay anything. Downloading — PDF, Word and image — is one payment per CV, with no sign-in needed; saving it to a Google account is optional. See “How much does it cost?”.
How much does it cost?
Downloading your CV as PDF, Word and image, with the improvement and translation in one tap: 19 SAR once, no monthly subscription. You get 24 hours to edit it, then the CV locks, and you can reopen it for another 24 hours for 5 SAR. You pay with Apple Pay, mada, Visa or Mastercard through Moyasar; we never see your card.
Are the CVs ATS-compatible?
Our template is single-column with standard section headings and a system font — no sidebars and no graphics to block automated parsing. You can also run the compatibility check before you send, to see exactly where you stand.
Do you support Arabic and English?
Fully. You can build your CV in Arabic, in English, or in both, and the sheet handles text direction automatically in either case.
Is my data stored anywhere?
Without an account it is saved in your own browser, so you can close the tab and come back to where you left off. With an account — signed in with Google, or through “Continue without an account” — it is saved on our servers; with a Google account you reach it from any device, and you can delete it — or your whole account — at any time from your account page. Either way we never share your data with anyone.
Can I edit my CV later?
Before you pay, of course: your CV is saved and you can come back to it any time. After you pay you have 24 hours to change anything, then it locks so it cannot become someone else's CV. You can still download it as it is whenever you need it, and if you need a change you can reopen it for another 24 hours for 5 riyals — under the same name.
